A belated stocking stuffer has made a PEI woman a millionaire.
Makiko Warren’s husband brought home an Extreme Millions Scratch N Win ticket, as a gift for his wife.
Because she was very busy, he scratched it for her and revealed the million dollar win.

After taking the ticket to be validated at the store. Warren put it in a pouch and carried it around, because she was afraid to leave it at home.
The couple picked up their winnings this week. They have plans to retire soon, and will use part of their winnings to visit their children and grandchildren, who live in different parts of Canada and overseas.
