It was smooth sailing for food box deliveries from the Moncton Coliseum. Hundreds of cars showed up, all wanting to help get the food out to those in need.
Each family received 3 boxes with about a week’s worth of food.
An update last night from Food Depot Alimentaire last night, stated they still have a few boxes to deliver this morning…to those who weren’t home, or if they had a wrong address.
As for donations to cover the cost of those boxes, they are sitting at 1650 of the 1800 boxes that were needed. Each contain about 80 dollars worth of food.
