M-L-A’s and cabinet ministers have been slow on the uptake in implementing recommendations for more transparency in the cost of their constituency offices. The recommendations were made by Auditor-General Kim MacPherson but she notes they have not been implemented.
She calls implementation critical to hold officeholders accountable.
MacPherson also says social housing in the province is aging and a long term plan is to be developed next year with the help of federal money.
