A man is facing charges of aggravated assault after an incident at Hotel Moncton on Mountain road last night.
Sergeant Andre Pepin with the Codiac RCMP says around 10:30 last night they were called to the hotel where the found a man had been pushed off a two storey balcony.
The victim was taken to hospital with minor injuries, and 41-year old Justin Edward Wayne Blosser was arrested.
“The accused appearing in weekend court and was charged for aggravated assault and will come back at Moncton Court on Monday afternoon at 1:30 PM,” says Pepin.
He adds Blosser will remain in jail over the weekend until his next court appearance.
