Codiac RCMP Searching For Female Suspect In The Wake Of A String Of Armed Robberies Overnight

Codiac RCMP believes a single suspect is responsible for three armed robberies, and two attempted armed robberies.

Starting around 11:50 last night, a knife wielding woman entered four convenience stores and a gas bar, and demanded money.

The robberies occurred at the following locations:

  • July 21 at 11:50 p.m. at Ayers Convenience store on Killam Drive.
  • July 22 at 4:35 a.m. at the Needs Convenience store located at 29 Elmwood Drive.
  • July 22 at 6:25 a.m. at Chubby’s Convenience located at 121 Killam Drive.
  • July 22 at 6:55 a.m. at the Irving located at 369 McLaughlin Drive
  • July 22 at 7:20 a.m. at the Esso located on Lonsdale Drive

Codiac RCMP reports the suspect got away with cash from robberies at the Ayers Convenience Store, the Needs Convenience, and the Esso.

They report no money was taken from the Chubby’s Convenience on Killam Drive, and the Irving on McLaughlin Drive.

Codiac RCMP believes a white woman with blonde hair in her mid to late 20s is responsible for all five crimes.

She was wearing different outfits during the robberies, including a grey or black hoodie, and either jeans or camouflage pants.

Police are also investigating the possibility the robberies are connected to an armed robbery on July 18 at the Greco location on Killam Drive.

Anyone with information, or who may recognize the woman in the photos, is asked to contact the Codiac RCMP at 506-857-2400. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), texting TIP212 + your message to ‘CRIMES’ (274637), or by Secure Web Tips at www.crimenb.ca.
