Statistics Canada is reporting that New Brunswick’s population has increased by 0.2 percent since the last quarter.
The small bump now puts the province at almost 756,000 people as of April 1st.
Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island had similar increases in population.
Immigration is noted as the major contributor.
The overall population of Canada is now almost 36.2 million people.
