Fredericton Police say the body of a 24-year old woman from Fredericton missing since a single vehicle crash late last week has been recovered from the St. John River.
Police have confirmed it was the woman who was in the car that left the road on the green off St. Anne’s Point Drive. Family members and friends held a candle light vigil over the weekend near the crash site for Jennifer Brewer.
A 26-year old man from Fredericton, Marc-Andre Doucette, has been charged with Impaired driving. He suffered just minor injuries and will be appearing in court tomorrow to be formally charged.
