Codiac RCMP Release Surveillance Photos Of Robbery Suspects

Codiac RCMP continue their search for two men who held-up the Cedar Convenience Store on Cedar Street in Moncton.

Police have released surveillance photos in hope someone might recognize them.

Shortly before 9pm on March 28, two men believed to be in their early 20s – one armed with a machete – entered the store and demanded money from the clerk.

The suspects got away with cash and cigarettes and ran off.

No one was hurt.

One suspect wore a black hoodie, black sports pants, a black ball cap, and black shoes with white borders.

He wore a black covering over his face, which covered his mouth and nose.

The second individual wore a dark brown hoodie with a white logo across the front, as well as grey sweat pants, and he held the machete.

Both men wore black gloves, had brown eyes and spoke English with no accent.

If you have any information, contact Codiac RCMP at 506-857-2400 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
