As Dawn Arnold gets ready to take the Mayor’s Chair, she has announced she is leaving another Chair behind.
Arnold announced yesterday that she has resigned as the Chair of the Frye Festival.
Arnold says it’s has been a spectacular ride, and the Frye Festival will always have a very special place in her heart.
The new interim Chair is Suzanne Cyr..She has been a Festival board member for 15 years and Vice-Chair for eight years.
The Frye Festival began in Moncton in 2000, and it is the largest event of its kind in Atlantic Canada.
