Over 500 motorcyclists took to the streets of Moncton yesterday to honour a friend.
Erin Robertson died in a motorcycle crash last week at the intersection of Mountain Road and Plaza Boulevard.
The ride started at Robertson’s funeral. Motorcyclists rode down Main Street and then ended up on Mountain Road with many gathering in the Lawton’s parking lot afterwards.
Participants say this ride was in honour of Robertson, but it was also to raise awareness that the bikes are out there, and other motorists need to keep a close eye out for them.
