Sussex RCMP are still investigating after a gun related incident overnight.
A 44-year old Whites Mountain man is in custody related to firearms related offences.
Officers were called to a home in Whites Hill, near Cornhill, around 1 this morning after reports of a bullet hitting a car parked in the driveway.
When police arrived, a man inside the home refused to leave.
Eight hours later, the man was arrested without incident when he finally left his home around 9.
