The 100 Women who Care of Greater Moncton have now donated more than $103,000 to 11 charities in the region since forming in 2013.
Crossroads for Women was the lucky charity at Tuesday night’s meeting and will receive an $8400 donation
Co-founder Jenna Cann says it’s free to join the group and they meet on a quarterly basis.
Three charities make presentations at the meting and each woman donates 100 dollars to a charity of their choosing.
Cann says they are always looking for new members since not everyone can attend each meeting.
