It may not be shorts and flip flops weather just yet – but the first day of April finally feels like spring and even summer-like in Metro Moncton.
Environment Canada says today’s record high in the Hub City is 18.5 degrees from 2006.
Earlier today, the thermometer almost reached 17 degrees.
But the warm spell won’t last long – the weather office is forecasting a return to below normal temperatures by Sunday.
