Gas prices jumped overnight, as predicted.
Several stations in Moncton are selling for around 92.1 cents a litre this morning, after an increase in the maximum price by 4.5 cents a litre.
Senior petroleum analyst Dan McTeague with Gasbuddy.com expects there will be more increases to come in the the weeks ahead.
Diesel and furnace oil prices also increased by over 2.0 cents a litre.
