Many cities around the world will be taking part in Earth Hour this Saturday, March 19th.
Moncton is one of them and the city is encouraging you to do the same highlighting the need for action against climate change.
On Saturday evening between 8:30 and 9:30, residents and businesses are encouraged to turn off the lights.
The city will be switching off all non-essential lighting for the hour but parks will remain lit for safety reasons.
