Moncton Pizza Restaurant Robbed Twice In Less Than A Week

The same pizza restaurant has been robbed twice in less than a week in Metro Moncton.

RCMP are investigating another hold-up at Pizza Twins on Elmwood Drive shortly before 10 o’clock last night.

Staff Sergeant Maurice Comeau describes the suspect as a white male who spoke English and he was armed with a gun when he entered the restaurant.

“He was about 178-180 cm in height, roughly 190 pounds and was wearing gloves, a black balaclava and a black hoodie,”

Comeau says he fled with some cash.

Pizza Twins was also held-up on Tuesday night around the same time.

Investigators believe the suspect is the same man in both instances and may also be responsible for four other robberies in the area.

If anyone has information, contact Codiac RCMP at 857-2400 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
