New Brunswick is being given a recommendation to host the 9th games of La Francophonie .in 2021.
The Advisory Group of the International Committee of the Games made the recommendation.
A delegation from the province officially submitted a bid for Moncton and Dieppe yesterday in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
The Permanent Council of La Francophonie will consider the recommendation on April 7th in Paris.
The official announcement about the location of the Games will be made at the Francophonie summit in Madagascar in November.
