The province is dedicating millions of dollars to road and bridge construction as well as repair and resurfacing work.

They are resurfacing more than 700 kilometres of chip seal roads, and placing 233 kilometres of asphalt surface.

That includes work on parts of the Trans-Canada Highway, and Route 15 in the Moncton region as well as the stretch of highway between Aulac and the Confederation Bbridge.

In terms of priority projects, 23 million dollars is being spent for work on Route 11 between Route 15 and Shediac River.
