Three New Brunswickers Receive National Loran Scholarship

Several New Brunswick students have been awarded the National Loran Scholarship.

Yuna Im from Bernice MacNaughton High School is just one of them.

The 17 year old is graduating this year. She is one of only 31 from across the country awarded the scholarship worth up to $100,000 over four years for undergraduate university studies.

She is the first student from Greater Moncton to receive the Loran Award since 2007.

JackMcCrossin of Grand Bay was also a winner.

Emelie Gagnon of Grand Sault was also chosen to receive the scholarship.

There were over 4000 thousand applicants for the scholarship.
