A second teen charged in connection with the death of 18 Baylee Wylie appeared in Moncton court on Monday.
18 year old Devin Morningstar will be tried by judge and jury, but a trial date has yet to be set.
His lawyer waived his client’s right to a preliminary hearing.
Morningstar is first degree murder and arson charges.
