An airport, major food retailers and hardware stores were among the most reputable companies and organizations in New Brunswick according to a study by Corporate Research Associates.
Sobeys, Atlantic Superstore, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware and the Greater Moncton International Airport were close to the top of the list.
C-R-A Chairman Don Mills admits there were a few surprises.
“I wouldn’t have expected an airport to be near the top. I didn’t think it was something people would be thinking about. The other ones… I’m not surprised about the major brands being there for sure,” he notes.
Mills adds the top five were chosen among a list of roughly 40 mostly private sector businesses in New Brunswick.
