More teams are needed to take part in this year’s Canstruction event, and time is running out to register.
This is the third annual event that sees sculptures made out of cans.
Teams construct their creations at the CF Champlain Centre during the event on April 8, 9, and 10th.
Four teams took part last year, and this years goal is to see 10 teams take part..
Almost 8600 cans were received last year. This year’s goal is 15, 000 cans, with all of them being donated to the West End Food Bank.
The deadline to sign up is February 15th.
