Sackville firefighters and the Point de Bute fire department battled a major structure fire overnight.
They arrived to heavy smoke and fire coming from the Queens Road building.
Fire Chief Craig Bowser says there is extensive damage to two businesses.
He says high winds made fighting the fire more difficult.
Fire investigators are on the scene, trying to determine a cause.
The two businesses were a Public Health office for Vitalite Health Network and Soricimed (Sore-ih-sim-med)Cancer Research Centre.
