Quispamsis MLA and Finance Critic Blaine Higgs says they left out all details when Capital budgets were released in December.
He tells us no details were released on projects and that has never happened before.
He says normally there is a list of all the projects from each department that are making up that budget.
Higgs says if the Choices document is real then people would be discussing the various ideas and he says the government does not want that discussion.
