Poley Mountain Officially Open For Skiers Today

The relatively cool temperatures and snow means Poley Mountain can finally open.

They are open until 9 tonight, with runs on Chute and beginner areas open.

General Manager Bill Anderson hopes everyone enjoys the brand new ski lodge, replacing the one destroyed last year in a fire.

He says the new lodge has an extra 12,000 square feet of space which will help reduce overcrowding which was a problem with the previous building.

Lift tickets and rentals are 50% off today.
