Moncton’s newest Canadian Tire store at Mountain and Wheeler is expected to open later this winter.
Owner Mike Mercier says major construction at the new location is wrapping up soon.
“They’re just finishing up the service centre, they spent probably over a million and a half dollars getting things ready for the new Canadian Tire Store,” says Mercier.
Mercier says the new location will be twice the size of the current one at 1106 Mountain Road.
The renovated store was previously home to Target and Zellers.
