A Trio Of Impaired Charges In Just Over 24 Hours

A trio of impaired driving charges over the weekend prompting the Mounties to remind everyone to plan ahead and designate a sober driver.

A 60-year old Musquash man arrested for impaired driving in Plaster Rock on Friday night followed early the next morning by a 58 year old man after a roadblock set up on Main Street in the Tobique First Nation.

A 28-year old Weaver man busted for drunk driving on Saturday night on Highway 105 in Kilburn.

Impaired driving is the number one criminal cause of death in Canada and with this in mind, the Mounties encourage you to call 9-1-1 if you think someone is driving while impaired during the Christmas season or anytime.
