Horizon Health Network hospitals are reducing cafeteria hours, due to rising costs.
Officials say the cafeterias are losing about $350, 000 a year, and they’re being forced to close cafeterias at three facilities and reduce the hours at the others.
Moncton Hospital is just one of the hospitals affected.
These changes also mean that 25 people will be left out of work.
Horizon says it will be looking at other easy alternatives, such as vending machines.
