Fredericton Police say a man, who was arrested for stealing brass plaques from cenotaphs, has been released from jail until he appears in court December 15th. In the meantime, he has to abide by strict conditions.
The man, whose name will not be made public until he’s formally charged with possessing stolen property, turned himself in to police.
