A big Liberal victory in the riding of Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe with Ginette Petitpas Taylor capturing 58 percent of the votes over Conservative incumbent Robert Goguen.
Canadians wanted change, that’s what Petitpas Taylor said she continued hearing across the riding as she went door-to-door, “I’d have to say that at probably 4 out of 5 doors people were certainly indicating to us that they wanted change. We didn’t really know exactly what that meant, but the pulse was very good, and we have worked very hard during this campaign.”
MP-elect Petitpas Taylor says her first priority will be a good representative in Ottawa for the people of Metro Moncton.
