A group of kids in Riverview are getting together to give back to their community.
100 Kids Who Care is based on similar groups for adults, where each member gives money, and the total is donated to one charity or non-profit.
Tammy Rampersaud is the co-founder of 100 Kids Who Care in Riverview.
She says it’s a win win idea, because it’ll be great to give to a charity, but it’s also great for the kids to learn the needs in our community.
Rampersaud says members nominate worthy charities, and they vote on which one to support.
Each of the 100 kids will donate $10 dollars to the cause.
