Sentencing Hearing Today In Baby Taylor Case

A woman who pleaded guilty to charges in connection with the discovery of the newborn’s body in a snowbank in 2009, will appear in court today for a sentencing hearing.

Christine Margaret Wood of Riverview pleaded guilty in August to three charges, neglecting to obtain assistance in child birth and concealing the body of a child and offering an indignity to human remains.

He became known as Baby Taylor, named after the road where he was found.
