A 14 year old boy is dead after an accident in Fredericton.
Police say the boy was cycling near the intersection of the Marysville Bypass and Greenwood Drive, at around 7:30 last night, when he was struck by a car.
He was rushed to hospital where he later died of his injuries.
Police have ruled out foul play in their investigation.
