Oland Trial Day 8: RCMP Forensic Analysts On The Stand Today

A senior forensic analyst with the RCMP taking the stand at the Dennis Oland murder trial.

Neil Walker is stationed at the RCMP headquarters in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

He began working on the case in March of 2012 when asked to assist by the Saint John police.

Earlier, RCMP senior forensic analyst Payman Hakimian was back on the stand being cross-examined by Alan Gold.

Gold submits that all the digital materials seized from Dennis Oland’s residence were searched very carefully then data turned over to SJ police.

Hakimian agreed with Gold.

CHSJ News reporter Laura Lyall is covering the trial and is live tweeting from court to her account, along with the CHSJ News and Wave News accounts.
