A preliminary hearing will be held today in Moncton for a man accused in connection with a drive-by shooting in May.
32 year old Shawn Fredericks is charged with attempted murder.
He is accused of firing shots at a home on MacKenzie Avenue.
Luckily no one was hurt in the incident.
