Second Adjournment Granted In RCMP Labour Code Violations Case

Another delay in the ongoing court case against the RCMP for Labour Code violations in connection with the shootings of 5 RCMP officers in Moncton in June of last year, three of whom were killed.

The RCMP faces 4 charges under the Canada Labour Code relating to equipment, training and supervision.

Defense counsel Scott McCrossin asked for a second adjournment today in Moncton court.

The judge granted it, and the case will return to court November 19th.
