Excitement is building as City officials and provincial dignitaries prepare for what is being described as a major job creation announcement for the City of Moncton.
It is to come this morning at 11 o’clock at Capitol Theatre.
The announcement is coming from BMM Testlabs, which is the longest established and most experienced private independent gaming testing laboratory in the world.
