Interim Provincial Conservative leader Bruce Fitch agrees with Premier Brian Gallant that the time has come for a reset as the Liberal government starts its second year in office.
Fitch says their tax policy is one area that should be reset with a rollback on increases and he believes a cabinet shuffle would be in order after the controversies over school closures and nursing home care.
