22 restaurants across Greater Moncton are battling for bragging rights in making the best Lobster Roll.
This week is the first annual La fete du Lobster Roll festival, featuring everything from the traditional roll, to more diverse options like a lobster roll pizza, and lobster tacos.
Festival Director Jacques Allain says each restaurant will have the roll on their menu for a week, and people should try as many as they want, then go on the website and vote for your favourite.
La fete du Lobster Roll runs from September 21 to September 27th.
