A new poll on the Federal election shows are narrowing of the gap between the Liberals and the NDP in Atlantic Canada.
Don Mills of Corporate Research Associates says while the gap narrows the movement in voter support is quite different in each province.
In New Brunswick, the support for the Conservatives is holding up better than in the rest of the region while the Liberal support in Nova Scotia is strengthening.
40 per cent of decided voters support the Liberals-down from 43 per cent three months ago. The NDP has 33 per cent supports up from 29 per cent.
The Conservatives have 22 per cent support and the Greens have four per cent support which is unchanged.
The number of undecided voters has gone down from 41 per cent three months ago to 25 per cent.
1521 adults who were polled between August 10th and September 2nd.
Overall results are accurate to within 2.5 percentage points, 95 times out of 100.
