A contract will be awarded today for the construction of a RCMP memorial in Riverfront Park.
Moncton City Councillors will gather in chambers at 1pm today.
Morgan MacDonald of St. John’s Newfoundland was chosen to create the memorial, that will include three bronze statues, which are depictions of the men killed in the tragic shootings in Moncton in June last year.
