He now has a lawyer, but he wasn’t there today.
27 year old Nolan Leblanc of Saint John, in St. Stephen Provincial Court this morning facing charges of break and enter, and multiple counts of mischief over $5000, for causing destruction at the St. George RCMP detachment, back in June.
This is the third appearance that Nolan has been given time to find a lawyer.
Judge Henrick Tonning noted Legal Aid had recieved the application from Leblanc, however, they appointed Brian Furgason to represent him, and he is currently on holiday.
Leblanc is scheduled to enter a plea in St. Stephen Provincial Court on September 2nd.
