The Liberal incumbent for the riding of Beausejour believes a long election campaign is exactly what Canadians don’t want.
Dominic LeBlanc believes the long and winding road to October 19th is just another cynical and manipulative move by Stephen Harper.
He says this will put the country through the longest election campaign since 1872, “It will cost taxpayers over $150 million dollars of additional expenses at a time when it could have been much better spent elsewhere.”
LeBlanc says he hasn’t met anyone in his riding yet who feels a long election campaign is necessary.
