Mud City Meltdown Music Festival Kicks Off Today

The rain isn’t going to keep the show from going on.

The Mud City Meltdown Music Festival, formerly known as the Codiac Music Festival kicks off today.

Festival President Xavier Leger says it’s the third year for the event that is now under its new moniker.

He says the focus is still on local musicians, local artists and emerging talent.

The Festival features both free and paid concerts.

It atttacted over 3500 fans last year, and Leger is hoping to see even more this year.
