June Was Wet Month In Greater Moncton

If you thought June was wetter than usual in Greater Moncton, you’re right.

Environment Canada says we had 147 millimetres of rain, and 17 days of rain.

The normal amount is 95 millimetres over 15 days.

Meteorologist Claude Cote says there were cooler than normal temperatures as well across the province.

The average temperatures in Greater Moncton was about a degree and a half below normal last month.
