A 32-year-old Moncton man facing attempted murder charges made a brief court appearance in Moncton today.
Shawn Fredericks is charged in connection with a drive-by shooting incident on Mackenzie Avenue May 15th.
The defence was granted more time in the case.
Fredericks remains in custody and will return to court on June 30 to set a date for a preliminary hearing.
