A date for a preliminary hearing is expected to be set today for a 32 year old Moncton man facing attempted murder charges.
Shawn Fredericks is accused in connection with a drive by shooting incident on Mackenzie Avenue on May 15th.
He is scheduled to appear in Moncton court today.
