Teams will hit the green today, in support of the YMCA Strong KIds Campaign.
There are 31 teams signed up to play golf this year.
Last year, the tournament, held at Royal Oaks Golf course brought in $30, 000.
Organizers says they’ve already surpassed their goal this year, but they won’t know their official total until after the tournament.
The Strong Kids Campaign provides financial assistance to families.
This is the 23rd year for the golfing event.
