The Dieppe Commandos are on the hunt for a new head coach.
This comes after today’s resignation by Jeff Leblanc.
He has spent the last five season behind the bench for the Commandos but is moving on to a full time coaching and general manager position with the Amherst Ramblers.
Leblanc was coach of the year in 2013 – 14 after a surprise playoff run that included an upset of first place Miramichi in the division finals.
This season, he led the team as they won their very first Kent Cup in an impressive playoff run tallying 12 wins and 2 losses.
Applications for this and other coaching positions are being accepted all week.
