Caledonia High Grade 8 Class Wins National Contest

A Grade 8 class at Caledonia High School in Hillsborough has won a nationwide contest and will be going to Quebec in June.

During a surprise school assembly today, Fundy Royal MP Rob Moore announced that Melanie Doucet’s class had won Canada’s Coolest School Trip contest.

Moore says the students submitted a video about Fundy National Park and were “over the moon” when they found out they won.

Ms. Doucet’s Grade 8 class will spend five days in June exploring Quebec City and other nearby national parks and historic sites.
